The owner wanted a bright, fun, welcoming Keywest color combination that her young children and community would enjoy. We ended up getting lots of thumbs-ups from neighbors...even the older ones that were skeptical at first.

We replaced the worn out carpet with terra cotta tile floor in family room.

We designed an oversized island which included a second sink, where the kids could spread out and do their homework and eat or just hang out while mom was making dinner. It was also great for entertaining. We added a separate walk-in pantry and spice cabinet. I painted some chairs the owners already had glossy black, which added a nice contrast to the carrara marble counter tops and white cabinets. They went perfect with the chandelier the owner found online at Pottery Barn and the stainless steel appliances.
